Shipping
Do you ship worldwide? +
Yes! Novaly ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You can view estimated delivery times on our Delivery Policy page.
How long does delivery take? +
Delivery times depend on your location. Generally: Europe 7–15 business days, USA/Canada 10–18 business days, Brazil/Latin America 10–20 business days, Rest of World 12–25 business days. All times are counted after dispatch.
How much does shipping cost? +
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders over €80 for European customers and free shipping on orders over R$465 for Brazilian customers.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties? +
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order? +
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
My tracking number isn't working. What should I do? +
Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking number still isn't working after 48 hours, please contact us at novalystory@gmail.com and we'll investigate for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
How do I request a refund? +
Email us at novalystory@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? +
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage at novalystory@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
