At Novaly, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival are eligible for a full refund or replacement

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
